What we collect

From X when you sign in with X: your X user id, handle, display name, and avatar URL. We never receive your X password. For email accounts: your email address (never shown publicly) and the public handle you choose. What you create: claims, stakes (amounts, tiers, timestamps), resolution outcomes, and credits. These are the product and are public by design (except unpaid drafts). Stripe processes payments; we store only Stripe's payment references (checkout session and payment intent ids), never card numbers. Technical: session cookies (needed for sign-in) and standard server logs (IP address, user agent, kept briefly for security). Analytics: Plausible, which is cookie-free and does not track you across sites.

What we use it for

Running the service (publishing and resolving claims, showing track records), processing payments, preventing fraud and abuse, and legal compliance. Legal bases under GDPR: performance of contract, legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention), and legal obligation (accounting).

What is public

Published claims, staked amounts, outcomes, your handle and avatar. This is the core of the service and remains public permanently, including after resolution.

Sharing

Stripe (payments), our hosting provider (Hetzner, EU), Resend (delivery of sign-in emails), and Plausible (analytics). We do not sell your data. Transfers outside the EU (e.g. Stripe, X, Resend) rely on standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at peter@pomobee.com. Note that published receipts are the service you purchased: where the law allows, we preserve the public record while removing or anonymizing personal identifiers. You can complain to the Slovak data protection authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov).

Retention

Account and receipt data: for the life of the service (the public record is the product). Server logs: up to 30 days. Accounting records: as required by law. Controller: Pomobee s.r.o., contact peter@pomobee.com.
