1. What tolduso.lol is

tolduso.lol is a paid publication service operated by Pomobee s.r.o. ("we", "us"). You pay a one-time fee to publish a timestamped public statement of your prediction (a "claim") as a public receipt card. The service you buy is publication: it is delivered in full the moment your card is published. Nothing on tolduso.lol is a bet, wager, lottery, or game of chance. There are no prizes, no pots, no winnings, and no payouts of any kind, ever.

2. The publication fee ("stake")

Product copy on tolduso.lol uses "stake" as a verb and noun for the publication fee. A stake is not a deposit and not a bet. It buys a publication tier (Bronze $5, Silver $15, Gold $29, Diamond $99) that determines how your card is displayed and ranked. You can also pay a custom amount of your choice, from $1 up to the payment processor's limit; a custom amount counts toward the tier it reaches. You can add further fees to the same claim ("top-up") to raise its tier and board position. All fees are final and non-refundable. Stripe processes all payments; we never see or store your card details.

3. No money ever flows to you

Whatever happens to your prediction, you receive no money. A correct prediction earns a public "TOLD U SO" mark on your receipt and your track record. An incorrect one earns a public "MISSED" mark. That is the entire consideration: a public, timestamped record.

4. Resolution

Each claim carries a deadline (stored and displayed in UTC) and a resolution source fixed at creation. Price claims resolve automatically against CoinGecko spot prices, sampled at our first scheduled check after the deadline (checks run every few minutes). "Above" means strictly above the target; "below" means strictly below. A price exactly equal to the target resolves against the claim. We resolve other claims based on the resolution source named on the card. We have final say on resolution outcomes. If a claim cannot be resolved from its stated source, we may mark it VOID.

5. VOID and credits

A VOID outcome grants you a credit equal to 50% of the fees you paid on that claim. A credit is not money, has no cash value, cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or paid out, and can only be applied automatically as a discount on a future publication fee on tolduso.lol. Every future fee still requires a card payment of at least $0.50. We may remove credits obtained through abuse of these terms.

6. Charity pledge

Pomobee s.r.o. publicly pledges to donate 25% of its stake fee revenue to charity. This is our own corporate giving from our own revenue. Your payment to us is a service fee, not a donation, and tolduso.lol is not a fundraiser or public collection. We publish a receipt of our donations monthly.

7. Your account and identity

Publishing requires an account: sign in with X, or with your email address. X accounts publish under their X handle, display name, and avatar. Email accounts choose a permanent public handle before their first stake. X identity is canonical on tolduso.lol: if the owner of a handle on X signs up while an email account holds that handle, the X account gets the handle and the email account's handle gets a suffix. tolduso.lol is a public record: cards, amounts, timestamps, and outcomes are public, permanent, and indexable, and they remain public after resolution. Do not publish a claim you would not want permanently public.

8. Content rules

Claims must not: concern the death of, or harm to, any person; target private individuals; contain doxxing, threats, or hateful content; or be unlawful. Predictions about public events, markets, and politics are allowed. We may moderate, unpublish, or delete any claim that violates these rules, at our discretion, without a refund. Every card has a report function.

9. No advice

Nothing on tolduso.lol is financial, investment, or legal advice. Claims are the personal statements of their authors, not ours.

10. Liability, changes, law

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 12 months. We may update these terms; we announce material changes on the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic; disputes belong to the courts of the Slovak Republic.
